Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and executing outbound campaigns/promotions across a number of channels (digital, DM, at-event, advertising) with the objective of driving demand and renewals for a portfolio of leading digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute marketing campaigns across all appropriate on and offline channels

·  Build and design HTML eshot campaigns

·  Deliver and maintain digital marketing assets including webinars, video, and Web landing pages

·  Constantly monitor the performance of campaigns and adjust future comms plans accordingly

·  Assist with PR activities and enquiries

·  Build and segment data using the internal database, along with constant database management to ensure our data is clean, up to date, and responsive

·  Produce offline materials including product white papers, brochures, and adverts where necessary

·  Maintain and update social media channels. Create engagement with audiences on social networking sites including blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

·  Update and maintain the ovum.com website

·  Assist in the organization of internal and customer events

·  Work closely with analysts, account managers, and CRM teams

·  Copywriting and proofreading

Essential Skills:

·  B2B marketing experience essential, qualification desirable

·  Experience of campaign management, using all aspects of the promotional mix across all marketing media including email and social media

·  Experience of database manipulation and list management

·  Strong interpersonal skills to work as part of the wider marketing team and business

·  Strong analytical skills when it comes to campaign monitoring, analysis, and reporting

·  Excellent organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
A strong team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a desire to produce high quality work with a good eye for detail

·  You will be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have strong negotiation and influencing skills

·  You will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

·  You should embrace change and remain positive under pressure and keep to deadlines

·  Online content management experience is desirable

·  Strong customer focus. You should be able to identify and engage with internal customers

·  Results driven. You should be able to focus on results, address bottlenecks and barriers with energy and tenacity.
