Job Description

Assist the Oil & Gas Advisory Specialists in the management of assets located throughout the U.S. Responsibilities include data entry, providing support in the administration of estate/probates, coordinating title curative, and responding to client and vendor inquiries. Independently handle simple to moderately complex title, division order and oil and gas asset management issues. Periodically produce and monitor compliance reports. Will develop a comprehensive knowledge of products and services in addition to developing basic client relationship management skills required to meet the needs of customers. Execute daily transactions and maintain records and files within company policies and guidelines. Partner with the oil and gas operations department to ensure all income and expense items are processed correctly. Significant research and verification of data required. Track requests timely and follow up within guidelines.

In addition to the professional qualifications outlined above, we are specifically looking for team members who have the following background:

·  Minimum three (3) years’ as a land, title, lease or division order analyst.

·  Experience using land management accounting/information software.

·  Ability to work in a high volume environment within strict time constraints.

Required Qualifications

·  2+ years of administrative experience, sales support experience, or a combination of both

Desired Qualifications

·  An AA/AS degree or higher

·  3+ years of oil, gas, and minerals industry experience

·  Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

·  Extensive math skills

·  Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

·  Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
