PARTICIPATION OPTIONS AND CONDITIONS
Price for exhibiting includesexhibit space only or exhibit space with standard construction (depending on the option choosen) inside or outside pavilion, power consumption in amount of 1 kWt per every 7,5 sq.m., participant badges in amount of 1 badge per every 2 sq.m., taxes.
Registration fee includescompany registration as exhibition participant, personal participant badges – 2 pcs, tickets for consumer days attendance – 10 pcs.
If participant chooses to pay 100% advance payment(10 days after contract/invoice is issued) for exhibiting, registration fee payment is not required!
Price for retail point includes table, chair and floor space only.

HOW TO REGISTER AND PROCEED WITH PAYMENT
In 5 days after this application is received, Exhibition management contacts Participant and provides invoice for registration fee. After registration fee is paid, in 5 days Exhibition management contacts Participant to approve booth hall and location. After booth location is approved, Exhibition management provides Participant with contract and official exhibition manual. In 5 days Participant should sign the contract and send the signed copy of the contract to Exhibition management by e-mail.
After that, Exhibition management in 5 days provides Participant with invoice, which should be paid in time specified in the contract.
BOOTH SPACE RESERVATION
Booth space is reserved for Participant only after Exhibition management receives advance payment for booth space (50% of basic price for booth space/standard construction).
Please note that if Participant is unable to provide signed contract copy or pay for issued invoice within the period confirmed by either this application or signed contract, Exhibition management reserves the right to cancel booth reservation.
Booth space is provided only after 100% payment is received by Exhibition management.
Please note that if this application is sent to Exhibition management after August 15, 2017, booth space can be reserved only after 100% of payment for booth is received by Exhibition management.

Exhibition management provides standard construction only for booths up to 30 m2. For booth with size more than 30 m2standard construction is provided only if this is possible and only after venue construction company approval.
