ASB Affiliate Group of the Year Award

Background:

New for 2015, this award will recognise and reward the contribution of the affiliated groups to the success of the ASB.

Eligibility:

Only fully ASB Affiliated Groups/Clubs as at 1 May 2016.

Criteria assessed:

Groups/clubs should demonstrate:

·  outstanding commitment to their members,

·  measurable growth,

·  delivery of high quality services for members

the ASB aims of linking, inspiring and supporting members.

Application process

The application should be submitted by or via the Group Committee, or their representatives, via email to

Applications can, if you choose, be accompanied an overview plan/strategy document (full or short form) and endorsements/references.

All paperwork in support of entries must be submitted with applications and before the published closing date.

Additional information for associated publicity

Please include a high resolution photograph of yourself/Group Committee in jpg format, a vector based eps or high-resolution jpg of your Group logo and a 20-30 word description of your Group.

Please note: Graphics and photographs from websites are generally low resolution and not suitable for print applications.

Closing date for entries is 5pm on Friday 8th July 2016

Entries will be judged by an independent panel of judges based on the criteria shown.

Finalists are required to attend the Awards Dinner on Friday 2nd September 2016, in Glasgow.
