Oregon Firefighter/EMT Association Craft Fair

Show Hours- 9:00 am-3:00pm

Location: Oregon Middle School - 601 Pleasant Oak Drive, Oregon, WI

Directions: Highway 14 to Oregon, take the Highway 138 exit off 14 (this is the 2nd Oregon exit if you are heading south on Highway 14 and is the 1st Oregon exit of you are heading north on Highway 14), turn west and follow into Oregon. Continue for approximately 2 blocks and turn south on Highway MM. Proceed until you reach Pleasant Oak Drive and turn right. The Middle School is the first building on the north side of the street. Upon arrival, you will be directed to the appropriate entrance, nearest your booth. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE ROADWAY, AS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE IF YOU DO. PLEASE DO NOT PARK OR DRIVE ON THE GRASSY AREAS. You will then be asked to park out on the street, to allow ample parking for our attendees.

Fees: Crafters will be charged$50.00 (non-refundable) per 10x10 foot booth space. Your confirmation will be your cancelled check. NO confirmation will be sent. If all spaces are filled, your check will be returned.

General Information:

  1. We have approximately 80 ten by ten foot spaces available. All spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis as applications are received. In the interest of variety, judgments on the location of booth assignments will be based somewhat on the descriptions of merchandise provided on the application.
  2. Please bring your own tables and chairs.
  3. Crafters must remove all trash, paper, boxes, etc. from their space at closing. NO early closings, please! In the past, we have attendees arriving very near to the end.
  4. There is no smoking allowed in the building or on the grounds of the Oregon Middle School.
  5. We need to vacate the building no later than 4:30 pm. Please plan accordingly to have help tearing down if necessary. We can NOT guarantee that we will have help for you to take down.
  6. Please complete Part B of the Vendor/Seller Form and return with your application. This must be returned in order to participate in the Craft Fair.
  7. Please let us know by 8:00 AM if you WILL NOT be able to be a vendor that day.We have many last minute calls and your booth might be given to someone else!
  8. This Craft Fair is sponsored by the Oregon Firefighter-EMT Association, a non-profit community organization. This is the 22th annual craft fair we have held and our attendance is about 1000 people. We will advertise extensively. All proceeds will be used for the enrichment of the Oregon Fire\EMS District volunteers through the purchase of equipment and training for the Firefighters and EMT’s. This is our main fundraiser. Admission is $2.00. Food will be available during the craft fair for a fee.
