owner(s) of the motor vehicle(s), which had a fair market value of less than $800, could not be determined.

It is ORDERED that the petitioner shall have the right to sell to the highest bidder the motor vehicle(s) listed above on the
date and at the location shown below, and to disburse the proceeds in accordance with the petition and
G.S. 44A-4. The Petitioner must comply with the sale provisions of G.S. 44A-4.
It is also ORDERED that the petitioner immediately mail a copy of the petition and this Order by first class mail, pursuant
to G.S. 1 A-1, Rule 5, to the owner of the motor vehicle; the person with whom the petitioner dealt, if different from the
owner; and each secured party and person claiming an interest in the vehicle to whom the Division of Motor Vehicles
mailed notice of the lien.
