SMS Broadcast Service - Standard Pricing Table / 3 / 30 August 20161. About this Standard Pricing Table
(a) This is our SMS Broadcast service standard pricing table.
(b) This standard pricing table sets out all charges applicable to your use of the service.
(c) Charges are shown as a dollar amount followed by a dollar amount in brackets. The first dollar amount represents the charge before GST is applied, and the dollar amount in brackets is the GST inclusive charge.
(d) The meaning of the words printed like this is set out in the service description or in the SME terms.
2. Charging Principles
2.1 You will be charged on the basis of SMS text messages sent from our SMSC, not on SMS text messages delivered to recipients' mobile phones.
2.2 It may take up to 8 days from day you send an SMS text message for charges to be applied.
3. Minimum Message Spend and Charges per SMS Text Message
3.1 The SMS Broadcast pricing plans set out in the table in paragraph 4 below and you will be charged according to the pricing plan that you select in your application.
3.2 Except for the $0 plan (see paragraph 3.5 below), each SMS Broadcast pricing plan has a Minimum Message Spend which includes a component of Included Messages.
3.3 Each month you must pay us the Minimum Message Spend applicable to your pricing plan and an amount equal to the Price per Message multiplied by the number of SMS text messages sent in excess of the amount Included Messages for your pricing plan (if any).
3.4 You must pay us the Minimum Message Spend per month or part thereof even if you do not reach the amount of Included Messages applicable to your pricing plan. You cannot roll over unused Included Messages to another month, or redeem unused Included Messages for cash.
3.5 If you select the $0 pricing plan (see details below), there is no Minimum Message Spend and no component of Included Messages. You will be charged on a per SMS text message basis.
