Only 2 opportunities per quarter

Click the appropriate clef for your instrument (Treble or Bass)
For the range, set it to two ledger lines above and below the staff
Next Question should be set to immediately
Click outside of the Customize window to start your exercises
You will need to name at least 50 notes and receive a 90% or higher to receive credit for your missed practice log. Print your page (take a screen shot) when you have finished and turn it in to Mrs. Baker
To take a screen shot: Make sure your Score and Time is visible in the screen- # correct out of # attempts (%)
Press and hold the “Fn” Key and press “F11” (PrntScrn)
Next open a blank Word document
Type your name and instrument at the top of the page, then press “Enter”
Press and hold “Ctrl” and then press “V”
You should now see your screen shot in your word document
Now save your document to show you’re a band director

- For every extra hour you practice on future practice logs – I will give 5 points back to previous practice logs, which did not receive full credit
- You may perform a certain section of music in front of the class – I will offer extra credit lines from you pieces we are performing

- Give a 20 minute lesson to a 6th grade student – you are in charge of setting up a time with them. Must document with Ms. Baker – 10 points (only an option for CB & WE)
- Music Paper – 2 pages (single spaced) about a famous musician on your instrument (cite your sources) – 10 points
- Pick 5 appropriate music videos online and tell me how the music shapes the video. What elements of the video shape the music? – 5 points
- Your idea! – IF you have a thought let me know and I will hear it out Creativity is encouraged
