One Terrorist Attack in Victoria in 146 years is not Terrorism

Some people are evil. There is no other word to describe them. These people commit crimes which are so terrible; they should not be allowed to re-enter society for a very long time. But, in the state of Victoria, there exists a government and judicial system which allows these god-awful demons who enjoy inflicting pain and suffering on innocent people to do exactly that.

The recent terrorist incident in Melbourne which occurred on 5 June 2017, in Brighton, killed two people and wounded three police officers injured. One of the people killed was the terrorist Yacqub Khayre - who cares about him? Unfortunately, an innocent receptionist by the name of Kai 'Mick' Haowas murdered by the terrorist, and three of Victoria’s finest were injured. These are people we care for.

The state of Victoria came into existence in 1851, 146 years ago. In that time, it has suffered from one terrorist incident. Hence my argument, one terrorist attack does not equal terrorism. This figure of one pales into insignificance when compared to the numbers of people who are terrorised daily and nightly in the state of Victoria.

There was no need for the terrorist crime to occur. This crime occurred because as per the Bourke Street Massacre of January 2017 – the Victorian people were failed by a lack of government legislation to protect us and a judicial system which is so broken and useless, it should be burnt to the ground and new one raised from its ashes.

There is a perception existing in the Victorian community, and it is my belief that perhaps some of Victoria’s civil libertarian magistrates and judges who sit on the Victorian legal benches have been intimidated by crime gangs and criminals. Hence, easy bail and easy parole exist in the state of Victoria. Also, the current Victorian government rolls from one financial rort to another. There is a perception in the community that members of the Victorian government are corrupt. Given that the government refuses to legislate to protect the citizens of Victoria from these doers of evil, it is my belief that perhaps some of our politicians may also have been intimidated.

For example:

  1. Khayre was in jail for committing a horrific violent home invasion. He was known as a violent criminal. Part-way through his sentence, Khayre was granted early parole by the Victorian Parole Board.
  1. Khayre was grantedearly parole against the recommendations of the Police.

The similarities between the Khayre terrorist incident of June 2107 and the Bourke Street Massacre in January of 2017do not go unnoticed.

  1. Bourke Street Massacre. Six innocentpeople were murderedand 37 innocent people injured. The offender who was a repeat violent offender was granted bail – against Police recommendations.
  2. Terrorist Incident. One innocent person was murdered, and three innocent people were injured. The offender who was a repeat violent offender was granted early parole – against Police recommendations.
  3. The Premier of Victoria,Mr Daniel Andrews response to both crimes was to ask for a report. I’m not sure why? Blind Freddy can see what occurred. In both cases repeat violent offenders were allowed to enter society to do what repeat violent offenders do – offend again, violently. It is the norm in Victoria.
  4. The Premier of Victoria also deployed concrete blocks around the city. He should be protecting people in their homes and their cars.

After the Bourke Street Massacre Daniel Andrews stated he was going to amend the bail laws in Victoria. He did not. He lied to the Victoria people.

For example:

On 22 June 2017, a gutless mongrel by the name Shane Richardson was part of a gang which was involved in a violent carjacking. The car owner was beaten to a pulp in the savage attack and almost died. He spent four days in a coma in hospital. Richardson was on bail at the time of this sickening attack. Richardson is 21 years of age. Despite being on bail, despite admitting to the violent carjacking and robbery, despite knowing that violence was going to be used, and despite being a repeat violent offender; Richardson was allowed to walk free by a judicial system which refuses to understand repeat offenders will repeat their crimes.

See the video clip below.

It is difficult for any reasonably intelligent person to understand why a magistrate or a judge would release a known repeat violent offender out on bail or early parole when they (judge or magistrate) must know that the person is going to re-offend and hurt more people. I smell a rat.

It is also difficult to fathom why the current Victorian government will not address the escalating violence in Victoria. I now smell two rats. Rightly or wrongly, Victorian people perceive that corruption is at play.

The best way to clear this up is to have a Royal Commissioner, appointed by the Federal Government. The Royal Commissioner should be a Judge from another state. The Royal Commissioner should be set up to investigate:

  1. Why the preparators of repeat violent crimes are allowed back into the Victorian society regularly.
  2. Why the Attorney General of Victoria does not question these legal decisions.
  3. Why both the Victorian government and the judicial system, appear to support the welfare of repeat violent offenders over the victims.
  4. Why neither the Victorian government or judicial system will not protect the Victorian people in accordance with the Victorian people constant requests.
  1. Why the soft sentencing handed down to repeat violent offenders, only occurs in the state of Victoria, and no other Australian state or territory.

I accept Royal Commissions are expensive. However, we are talking about people’s lives. They are priceless.

The Prime Minister Mr Malcolm Turnbull managed to grab himself some media spotlight after Victoria’s only terrorist incident in 146 years. The Prime Minister was asking how the terrorist, Yacqub Khayrecouldget parole?

My dear Prime Minister, where have you been Sir? The answer to your question is simple. The terrorist was granted early parole because he was in jail in Victoria – Australia’s most lawless state. We do that down here - regularly. All the time. In Victoria, we regularly grant bail and parole to violent repeat offenders. In Victoria, our judicial system has no respect, and no duty of care to the Victorian people and certainly couldn’t care less about community expectations.

Mind you, Sir, most of the granted parole and bail is against Police recommendations. The Victorian judicial system does not even accept recommendations from Victoria’s Police. They (Victorian judicial system) are a law unto themselves. They are the only unaccountable body in the state of Victoria. They live off the Victorian taxpayer and couldn’t give a damn about us. One can go as far as to say that the judicial system of Victoria is as helpful to our safety and security, as is avasectomyto a eunuch. Some things in life are just pointless.

Prime Minister, in Victoria, we are terrorised every day and every night in our homes and our cars. We live terrorism all the time. Evidence from the Victorian government’s website at us every 15 minutes in the state of Victoria there is a violent home invasion and violent carjacking. An assault on a person in Victoria occurs every 5 minutes. In most assaults, home invasions, and carjacking’s, a weapon is used. That weapon is usually a firearm, a machete, a lead pipe, or a knife. Youth repeat offenders conduct most of the above crimes.

This is Terrorism

Because of the violent home invasions, violent carjacking’s, and violent assaults, I know of three people who have committed suicide this year. There may well be more. That’s two more deaths than the terrorist incident. If we total up all the people, who have committed suicide due to being traumatised from violent home invasions and violent carjacking’s since the Daniel Andrews government came to power, who would know what that number is? Thisis terrorism. We live it daily and nightly in the state of Victoria.

Let’s briefly discuss what happens during a violent home invasion. It’s not pretty. Beforea home invasion, your house is stalked, or as the offender’s state, they conduct missioning on your home. Missioning is another name for reconnaissance, and it may commence up to three weeks before the home invasion taking place. Missioning is conducted to ascertain what type of cars you own, if you appear to be wealthy, if you have dogs, locations of any CCTV cameras, and the location of possible entry areas into your house, i.e., large windows at the front for easy breaking and entry.

Once inside your house, the offenders target the occupants first. They want to neutralise the family quickly so as they won’t pose a threat. The offenders do this by gathering all the occupants in the one location within the residence. One, perhaps two offenders will watch you while the others ransack your house. The offenders will be armed with anything from machetes, knives, lengths of pipes, and now, firearms. During the ordeal, you will be abused and yelled at. This is done to instil in you - absolute fear. Fear makes you more compliant and submissive to the offender’s demands.

The offenders will yell: ‘Where are the keys to your car? Where is your money? Where is your wallet? Where are your phones’, etc., they will do this repeatedly? Yelling is a way of confusing and disorientating you.

Let’s be honest, in the wee hours of the morning when you have people yelling while waving weapons like machetes atthe victims; they’re going to be very compliant to the offender's demands. Often, any men in the house are bashed senseless, as they are deemed to be the strongest and most likely to attack the offenders. Women and children are threI find it surprising the Prime Minister of Australia has a habit of stating that his role to keep the people safe. If that is true, then you’re doing a lousy job at it Prime Minister. atened with rape and bushings. If the gang is of African appearance and the victims are white, women will be called white sluts, white whores, plus a host of other names. If you cooperate, you may not be injured further. Although there is some evidence to suggest in some home invasions, offenders like to injure their victims straight off to let the victims know brutally, they must comply, or they will be injured further.

Should the offenders identify a firearms safe in the house, look out, you’re in trouble. If you do not hand over the keys to the firearms safe, you will be brutalised. This includes the women and children. Firearms are like gold in the hands of these animals. Firearms give them a greater sense of power, plus more status amongst their gang. Firearms also entice the offenders to be more brazen and bolder in their attacks, which means they can attack bigger targets. Sadly, firearms in the hands of these animals mean more people will get injured, and more will die.In Victoria, there are more and more firearms used in home invasions, robberies, and carjackings. They’re stolen during home invasions. It is difficult to describe the trauma the victims feel during the violent attack, and afterwards.

The physical violence which occurred to the victims during this violent attack is common in home invasions, as is the trauma and depression which follows. But the Victorians government and Victorian judicial system appear not to be interested in victims. They appear to be more interested in the welfare of the offenders. A violent home invasion and violent carjacking are in my opinion the very definition of terrorism. One attack in 146 years is not terrorism.

Sometimes, especially where youth crime gangs are concerned, they deliberately torture their victims during a home invasion and assault, even after they have got what they want. It their way of expressing their power. They carve up homeowners with machetes, beat their children, and commit other criminal acts so bad the mongrels should be locked away forever. Read the below report. This is real terrorism. It happens regularly in Victoria.

In one case I know of, during a violent home invasion, the assailants who were all repeat violent offenders kicked the baby out of a woman who was six months pregnant. When arrested they were granted bail again. This is real terrorism.

The government of Victoria and the Victorian judicial system are aware these crimes are regularly occurring. I’ve told them, as have the Police. The government's crime statistics which they display on a government website like a badge of honour shows violent crime is increasing on a year to year basis in the state of Victoria. Yet, the government and judicial system still insist on giving repeat violent offenders bail and early parole.

Today in Victoria, we fear going out of our houses. We fear the night. We fear any noise we hear. Our children who witness violent acts of terror are so traumatised by the attack; they can no longer function. They want to be with their parents constantly. The children will cry at the sound of the slightest noise outside. This occurs because our children have witnessed their parent’s bashings, felt their bashings and are so terrified of it happening again; they can’t attend school. Adults suffer too. Victims withdraw from all activities and some spiral out of control so badly; some commit suicide. Fathers forever feel guiltybecause they weren’t able to defend their families as they were bashed senseless during the terror act perpetrated upon their household. Mothers fall apart as they were unable to shield their children from the horrific events of the terror attack.

We are not safe in Victoria. Violent crime is alive and well. The Victorian people are frustrated and do not understand why our government and judicial system will not address the never-ending escalating violent crime occurring in the State of Victoria. This problem could be easily fixed if the Victorian government went hard on all crime, including youth crime.

While these thugs are carrying out their vile acts, we continue to pay taxes to be protected. But, we're not protected by our government and judicial system. Perhaps a better way of taxing the Victorian people would be to reduce our taxes substantially, so as we can afford to reinforce our homes and our cars. Or, the Victorian government should reimburse us a part of the cost of the above.

So please Premier of Victoria and Prime Minister of Australia, stop banging on about the onlyterrorist incident in Brighton, Melbourne on the 5thof June 2017. Violent crime is occurring daily and nightly in Melbourne. People are being hurt daily and nightly in Victoria. More people have died as in Victoria as a result of daily and nightly violent home invasions and violent carjackings then they have from one terrorist attack. Remember, every 15 minutes in the state of Victoria a violent home invasion or violent carjacking occurs.

The blame for this must sit with the Victorian government, and the broken judicial system. Do you smell a rat Prime Minister, like the rest of us?Please hold the Royal Commission as mentioned previously, before more people die in the state of Victoria from repeat violent offenders.

There is a massive amount of votes up for grabs at a state level and a federal level for anyone who is prepared to keep us safe. All you have to do is act. And, you did state, ‘Your role was to keep people safe.’ We desperately need yourhelp.
