(Minimum age advised is 6 years must be able to swim preferably without any buoyancy aids and run 1000 m)

Age on 1st January 2015

Teams of 4– best 3 scores to count Individuals will be put into teams

Rosettes individuals to 6th Place, team prizes to 4th place, awards for best run, swim and shoot in each class

Entry Fees £15.00 per competitor

No entry accepted without full entry fees.

Starting Times Team managers please provide email address - only enclose a SAE with entry if not on email. Times and directions will also be posted on Brocklesby Website not before Thursday 12th November.

Intermediate / One hand 10m turning / 3 min / 2000m boys, 1500m girls
Junior / One hand 7m turning / 3 min / 1500m
Mini / Two hands 7 m / 2 min / 1000m
Bean Baggers / Bean Bag Target / 2 min / 1000m
RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
  1. Will be run under PC Tetrathlon rules for 2015 – See Rule Book* (see note on under 8 Swimming)
  2. Open to members of Pony Club UK Branches and Centres
  3. NO PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE TO CARRY A GUN.
  4. GUNS MUST BE KEPT BOXED UNTIL UNDER INSTRUCTION OF FIRING POINT STEWARD AND REBOXED IMMEDIATELY AFTER DETAIL.WHEN NOT BEING USED IN COMPETITION GUNS MUST BE SECURLY LOCKED OUT OF SIGHT IN BOOT OF CAR
  5. PLEASE CHARGE GAS CARTRIDGES AT HOME DO NOT BRING YOUR CYLINRER TO THE VENUE
  6. Any person not complying with law applying to use of air weapons or triathlon gun and other safety rules will be immediately eliminated.
  7. No Dogs allowed
  8. No indoor photography
  9. Competitors should be appropriately and tidily dressed for the competition and prize giving in tracksuits, team colours or Pony Club Sweat shirts.
  10. Organisers retain the right to limit or refuse entries.
  11. Full information and directions will be sent to team managers with times – please pass on to all competitors
  12. First time competitors must have had shooting training and be notified to the organisers

LEGAL LIABILITY Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible neither the Organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the British Horse Society, nor any agent, employee or representative of These bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

HEALTH AND SAFETY the organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey instructions of the organiser, officials and stewards.

The organisers and committee of the Brocklesby Pony Club wish to thank all the volunteers and helpers who have supported this event.
