Amend printed copy of HB 137
On page 1, line 26, delete the word "practice", and insert the word "imaging" in lieu thereof; and
On page 2, line 2, delete the first instance of the word "practice", and insert the word "imaging" in lieu thereof; and
On page 2, line 2, delete the second instance of the words "advanced practice"; and
On page 4, line 14, delete the word "practice", and insert the word "imaging" in lieu thereof; and
On page 8, line 22, delete the word "practice", and insert the word "imaging" in lieu thereof; and
On page 10, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following:
"(4) Nothing in this chapter or in the administrative regulations promulgated by the board pursuant to this chapter shall be interpreted to limit or restrict a licensed health care practitioner or provider from engaging in the full scope of practice authorized by the license for that person's profession, training, or services."; and
On page 10, line 13, delete the word "practice", and insert the word "imaging" in lieu thereof; and
On page 10, line 25, delete the word "practice", and insert the word "imaging" in lieu thereof; and
On page 11, line 22, delete the word "practice", and insert the word "imaging" in lieu thereof; and

On page 15, line 15, delete "(7)"; and
On page 15, line 17, delete "(8)" and insert "(7)" in lieu thereof.
