2017-2018 SUMMER SEASON – NOMINATION FORM
All players wishing to play in the 2017-2018 summer season are asked to complete this form.

NOMINATIONS CLOSE -SATURDAY 2nd SEPT.(SENIORS); SATURDAY 9th SEPT. (JUNIORS)
- AllSenior competitions - Commence 14/10 – 16/12; 3/2 –3/3; No play 10/3. Finals17/3; 24/3; (15rds. +2 week finals).
- Juniors - Commence 21/10 – 16/12; 3/2 – 3/3; No play 10/3. Finals 17/3; 24/3; (14 rds. + 2 week finals).
- Split times format will continue as per last year for juniors. Premier League & Division 1 junior competition will be played Friday nights. Indicatively - Junior Divs. 2–9 (Boys) and 2–5 (Girls) Saturdays 8.30am; other lower grades including green and orange ball 10.45am – 12.45pm.
- It is an expectation that players will be available for finals.
For all junior teams, a weekly coaching/practice night under Club Coach James Pick (Mondays to Wednesdays only).
No junior practices will be scheduled on Thursdays. Practices commence from Monday 16th October.
Senior team practices will be held on either Wednesday nightsfrom 7.30pm to 9.00pm (free lights) commencing 4th October.
Juniorteam parentsare rostered to supervise teams and/or assist at the club (including canteen) during junior matches.
Membership and competition fees must be paid IN FULL BY 31 October.Accounts will be issued after nomination.
Fees are subject to final participation numbers but are indicatively:
- Annual Club Membership Fee (includes winter competition) – Seniors $75; Concession/Students $60; Juniors $55; Family $135;
- Summer Season Competition Fees – Seniors $110; Juniors $150 (this includes the club coach weekly session)
- In addition, as participation in fundraising activities has been sporadic, the club charges a $20 fundraising levy per player in lieu of conducting larger scale events and raffles. Some minor fundraising is still conducted.
