The intending firms/contractors are requested to submit the documents complete in all respect along with following information/documentary evidence up to 20-04-2018.

  1. Name of firms/contractors along with valid PEC license 2017-18 in relevant discipline.
  2. Attested copy of CNIC of the sole proprietor attorney holder/focal person.
  3. List and magnitude of supplying work already successfully completed by the firm during the last five year with satisfactory completion certificate of the concerned department.
  4. Renewal fee slip of current financial year 2017-18 by GB PWD.
  5. Bank statement of last two years with financial status duly verified by the schedule bank.
  6. Certificate regarding to non litigation/non black listed by any Govt. Department.

Documents containing detail terms and conditions produced for submission of applications evaluation criteria etc are available for interested applicants in lieu of Rs.500/- (non refundable) in the office of the undersigned.
