President’s Report

· Eddie was tied up in Los Angeles with work and had Mike Shellman fill in for him.

· Eddie priced out battery operated candles for the community to use for better safety during Candlelight especially for children. Ginny brought them to view. A little discussion ensued and we determined to vote on buying 200 or so at the next meeting.

· The Essentials Training is still to be determined. One trainer became unavailable to drive down from Northern California and we are checking with another trainer that we believe is still certified.

Treasurer Report

•  $250 for the women’s food budget from the last walk was returned into the budget from expenditure returns to the store.

•  The current Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements were shared and accepted.

•  Ken Hays led us on a field trip to view and tour the Red Hill facilities while we were at the meeting.

•  We are praying about the next set of weekends to be able to be held at Grand Ave. The dates were set for March 13-16th for the men’s weekend and Mar 20-23rd for the women’s weekend and March 29th for Fiesta.
