Location: Smack in the middle of Rt. # 88 between Albany & Binghamton, bordering the northeastern section of the Catskill Mtns.
Home Description: 130 year OLD farm house (recently updated), very rustic environment sits near the deep woods, yet accessible. The home hosts 5 bedrooms, only I bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, den & mud room. Porch wraps around ½ of the house. The house could sleep 21 (not encouraged). It’s encouraged that you bring your slippers, floors are cold. House is always clean, although you may find a dead bug or two around. There is not any television, bring your favorite movies, and very limited internet access. This place is strictly for the outdoor enthusiast.
Accommodations on Site: 130 acres, fishing, hunting, swimming, any outdoor sport, playground, trampoline, camping, ATV/Snowmobile/horse trails, tree house, bon fire pit, abundant wild life, wild flowers and nature.
Hobbies: Mtn. bikes/board, paint balls, sledding, hiking, tracking, ATVing,
Nearby Attractions: Golf, community pool, Cooperstown “Field of Dreams”, Oneonta, Susquehanna River, skate park, bowling, skate rink, shopping, antiquing, ice cream, drive-in theater, dining, etc.
Special Details: Camping parties can be coordinated, Motorcycle runs, 4 seasons of activities for everyone’s hobbies.
Rules: Please bring all food, toiletries, towels, sleeping bag and pillows. This will cut down the cleaning. I expect the place exactly the way it was left. If you mud it up …..clean it up. If you cook …clean the kitchen, if you shower, brush, etc…clean the bath. If you dirty the carpet ….vacuum. There is no trash service so that must go with you. If you’d like to come for the winter months you may need to have a hostess, the house must be left in winter mode.
