Adnet, Inc.

Process Improvement Specialists
Adnet, Inc. specializes in providing standards-based process improvement services to Government organizations that are interested in improving the quality of their IT services and increasing the productivity of their workers. We do this by employing structured processes and industry-proven standards in delivering mission oriented business improvement services through consulting engagements or during program integration and project management activities. Software Engineering Institute-Capability Maturity Model Integration (SEI-CMMI), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2000, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT®) are some of the standards that Adnet uses to guide organizations in improving quality and performance.
Adnet professional services can be used in several ways but two of the most common are:
Internal Process Improvement: Organizations can improve their internal operation of IT services by involving employees and project members in improving processes. In this scenario, Adnet provides complete life-cycle support from identifying gaps in current processes to training workers in the use of improved models and implementing necessary processes that lead to, for example, a CMMI appraisal/certification. On-the-job-mentoring is one Adnet method for effectively transferring knowledge to an organization’s employees. This hands-on approach makes it easy for the employees to acquire the knowledge necessary to improve their productivity. Both employer and employee benefit from Adnet field tested methods for implementing various business process improvement models. By using ITIL best practices, for example, organizations can improve significantly how they provide services more effectively and, thus, obtain timely services resulting in a higher level of user satisfaction.
Provider Process Monitoring: Additionally, Adnet can help organizations monitor their supporting vendor’s processes to insure that products and services are delivered with the desired quality. In this scenario, Adnet works with Government organizations to understand their quality concerns, and then evaluate and monitor the processes of their supporting vendors to ensure quality and serviceconcerns are fully addressed. This approach has a double benefit to Government organizations in reduced cost and improvements in the quality of products and services.
Adnet, Inc. has highly qualified and experienced professionals to assist Government organizations with all of their process-related requirements. We help you define your quality needs, prepare a quality improvement plan, make necessary organizational adjustments, and assist you in making the needed improvements in service delivery. We can measure these improvements using standard appraisal processes to assign a maturity level, if needed.
