NOTICE OF TAX SALE
NOTICE OF SALE OF PROPERTY FOR NONPAYMENT OF TAXES,
AND/OR OTHER MUNICIPAL LIENS
Public Notice is hereby given that I, Rachellyn Edinger, Collector of Taxes of the Township of Harmony County of Warren, State of New Jersey on Friday, October 16,2015 at 1:00 PM in the Court Room of the Municipal Building at 3003 Belvidere Road in Harmony Township, NJ will expose for Lien Sale and sell several tracts of land on which taxes and/or other Municipal charges for the year 2014 and prior unpaid pursuant to NJSA54:5. Said properties will be sold subject to redemption at the lowest rate of interest but in no case will exceed 18% per annum. The payment for liens purchased shall be made via cash, certified check or money order prior to the conclusion of the sale. Industrial properties may be subject to The Spill Compensation and Control Act (NJSA58:-1023.11 et seq.)The Water Pollution Control Act (NJSA58:10A-1 et seq.) and the Industrial Site Recovery Act (NJSA 13:1K-6 et seq.) In addition, the Municipality is precluded from issuing a Tax Sale Certificate to any prospective purchaser who is or may be in any way connected to the prior owner or operator of the site. IN THE EVENT THE OWNER IS ON ACTIVE DUTY WITH THE MILITARY, THE COLLECTOR SHOULD BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY.
