The item-wise list of Registered Suppliers of Omfed alongwith annual approximate quantity of purchase can be seen from our website www.omfed.com.
Any proprietary firm, party, company, etc willing to be a Registered Supplier of Omfed may apply to the undersigned by 20.05.2013 positively. The application format and terms and conditions for empanelment as Registered Supplier can be downloaded from our website.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION FOR
REGISTERED SUPPLIERS OF OMFED
(i) OMFED intends to invite offers through‘Limited Tender’ System wherein technical and commercial bids, as the case may be, shall be called for only from ‘Registered Suppliers’ of OMFED as and when need for purchase of any item arises.
(ii) Credentials, Manufacturing Capacity, Quality Control Systems, Past Performance, After Sales Service Facilities, Financial Background, etc. of interested supplier(s) will be carefully verified for registration of eligible and capable suppliers as
(iii) ‘Registered Suppliers’ of OMFED. Registration will be made for financial year 2013-14. To obtain more responsive bids on competitive basis, efforts shall be made to select maximum number of eligible and capable suppliers as ‘Registered Suppliers’. At the end of this period, the Registered Supplier(s) willing to continue as such are to apply afresh for renewal of registration.
(iv) New supplier (s) may also be considered for registration at any time provided they fulfill all the required conditions.
(v) Performance & conduct of every Registered Supplier will be watched closely. Registered supplier(s) can be de-registered from the list of Registered Suppliers, if they fail to abide by the terms & conditions of the registration or make any false declaration or fail to supply goods on time or supply substandard goods or violate any condition of ‘Purchase Order or for any other ground which is detrimental to the interest of OMFED.
(vi) Once de-registered, they will not be considered for registration as Registered Supplier of OMFED for a period of 3 years from the date of de-registration. Any fresh application for registration by any firm/supplier, where the de-registered firm/supplier or his/her close family members have got substantial business interest, shall not be considered for registration for a period of 3 years from the date of de-registration of the defaulting supplier.
Suppliers interested for being registered as ‘Registered Suppliers’ of OMFED may download the application form & submit the same to the undersigned in sealed envelope on or before 5.00P.M. of 20.05.2013 along with required documents & non-refundable application money of Rs.1,050/- (Rupees one thousand fifty only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of OMFED payable at Bhubaneswar. Applications received after 5.00 P.M. of 20.05.2013 or without application money shall not be considered.
OMFED reserves the right to reject all or any of the received applications without assigning any reason thereof.
