Responsive Repairs Schedule of Rates Support Contract.
Applications are invited from suitably experienced suppliers wishing to tender a Responsive Repairs Schedule of Rates Support Contract, which covers all trades. This framework will be for the use of North West Leicestershire District Council. The award of the contract will be limited to one contractor.
A Restricted Tender process is being undertaken for the Contract, consisting of a two stage process:
Stage 1 - completion and submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)
Stage 2 – Invitation to Tender (ITT).
Only those applicants successful at Stage 1 will be invited to tender at Stage 2. Please note that both stages of this procurement process will be through the BIP VAULT system.
Terms of Contract: 2 years (with the option to extend on two occasions for a period of 12 months).
