Please read carefully our Standard Conditions of Hire (available from our website as they form an integral condition of your hire, as will the information given in this booking enquiry form.

Please note you will be required to pay a returnable security deposit as part of this booking. This will be refunded within 28 days after the hire less any costs of rectifying any damage that may have been caused to the premises or contents, or for breach of any of the Standard Conditions of Hire, including complaints about noise.
The hirer agrees with the charity to be present throughout the hire and to observe and perform the provisions and stipulations contained in the Standard Conditions of Hire. Adequate supervision of any function involving young persons must be maintained throughout the hire.

Your attention is drawn to some specific terms in the Standard Conditions of Hire, which form a part of your contract to hire the hall. In particular;
a. All music MUST be plugged into the sound limiter (the plugs on the back wall of the stage). The sound limiter must be used at all times as this is part of your contract with us.
b. All music must stop at 11.00pm sharp.
c. The hall will be locked up by 12.00 midnight and vacated. The keys are to be returned as per arranged with the Bookings Secretary.
d. By prior agreement and arrangement with the Bookings Secretary, Sunday mornings between 0900 and 1100 can be used to complete any cleaning.
Please advise your music provider in advance of the booking that the sound limiter must be used. We regret any inconvenience caused by these regulations but they are the conditions of our licence and must be adhered to. We appreciate your assistance on this matter.
