Timetable for Submission of Forms for 2011

If you wish to propose a nominee for this prize then please note the following strict deadlines:

  1. The name of the nominee and the name of the person making the nomination must be sent to the Central Committee and copied to the National Amir.
    The Central Committee must receive this information by 31 December 2010
  1. The completed nomination form (attached at ANNEX 1) and relevant evidence must reach the National Amirby 31 January 2011.

(Electronic copies may be emailed to the Central Committee for information, but these must be followed up by hard copies by the National Amirsto be formally accepted by the Central Committee)

  1. National Amirs must posthard copies of all nominations received to the Central Committee and the Committee must receive these by 20 February 2011.

Late submissions will not be accepted
