Buffet Service Includes:
Setting of tables.
Pouring of Champagne toast.
Set up, tear down of catered buffet dinner and cooking & equipment area.
Removal of plates, food & trash from guest tables (there main be minimal clean up left on table’s from guest that left late).
Finish cutting & plating the cake or desserts, served to those who are seated.
Clean up of cooking area, tables, food & removal of all supplies brought in. Trash removal is the responsibility of the client or facility.
Set up of Coffee & Tea for guest.

Plated Service includes everything listed above as well as services listed below. There is a wait service charge of $17 per hour for additional wait staff.
