We will supply table clothes (from our collection) white cloth napkins, white glass plates, water glasses, champagne glasses, water pitchers, silverware, salt & pepper shakers, cake plates, bread plates and to-go containers.

Buffet Service Includes:

 Setting of tables.

 Pouring of Champagne toast.

 Set up, tear down of catered buffet dinner and cooking & equipment area.

 Removal of plates, food & trash from guest tables (there main be minimal clean up left on table’s from guest that left late).

 Finish cutting & plating the cake or desserts, served to those who are seated.

 Clean up of cooking area, tables, food & removal of all supplies brought in. Trash removal is the responsibility of the client or facility.

 Set up of Coffee & Tea for guest.

Plated Service includes everything listed above as well as services listed below. There is a wait service charge of $17 per hour for additional wait staff.

 Full wait service for guests tables, food & beverages.
