Invitation for submitting applications for providing services in the statistical wing under the Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Jharkhand, Ranchi on contractual/deputation basis
The Jharkhand State Animal Husbandry Department, Ranchi invites applications from serving State Government Department or otherwise with requisite qualifications and experience to provide services in the statistical wing under the Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Jharkhand, Ranchi as elaborated below against following posts on deputation/contractual basis on or before 16th July, 2012 till 1700 hrs :

The conditions for providing services on contractual/deputation basis are as follows:-
(i) Posts advertised shall be filled up only on contractual/deputation basis, initially for a period of three year.
(ii) Minimum and maximum age limit shall be as prescribed by Jharkhand Govt. In case of retired govt. employee upper age limit may be relaxed up to 62 years.
(iii) The total number of vacancies as indicated above will be filled up as per the requirement strictly in accordance with merit.
(iv) Period of providing services would be limited to maximum period of the programme.
(v) Monthly performance, monitoring and appraisal would be carried out to ensure achievement of the objectives behind this arrangement.
(vi) The contract/deputation shall be effective from the date of actual engagement.
(vii) The selected person will report to the Secretary, A.H. and Fisheries and Director, Animal Husbandry, Ranchi in carrying out various functions and also the instructions issued by the Directorate from time to time.
(viii) Reservations as per the policy of Government of Jharkhand shall be applicable.
(ix) Successful candidates on contractual/deputation basis will have to sign an agreement with the Director, Animal Husbandry, Ranchi within 15 (fifteen) days failing which the waitlisted candidates in order of merits will be intimated .
(x) Selected candidates of State or Central Government including public sector undertakings have to submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their parent department/organization before joining.
(xi) Remuneration to the candidate, if selected on deputation basis shall be as per the norms of the department.
(xii) Accordingly, interested and eligible candidates are invited to submit applications enclosing their detailed CV in the prescribed format along with attested copies of mark sheets, cast certificate, professional qualification, experience etc. and an application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director, Animal Husbandry, Jharkhand, Ranchi payable at Ranchi. Candidates interested to apply for more than one posts have to submit separate application for each post in separate envelope with all requisite fees.
In case of SC and ST candidates application fee will be Rs. 250/- and Rs. 100/- respectively. Such candidates shall have to submit supporting documents to claim such concession.
(xiii) Candidates applying for the different posts will have to undergo an interview.
(xiv) Computer skill test for the post of Computer Operator will be taken.
(xv) The engagement shall not confer any right or claim of extension/absorption in Animal Husbandry Department, Ranchi or Govt. of Jharkhand.
(xvi) In case of retired persons getting re-employed, remuneration will be decided as per circular of Finance Department, Govt. of Jharkhand.
(xvii) Interested candidates can download the application format and other details from the website www.ah.jharkhand.gov.in
(xviii) Duly filled in application should reach the Office of the Director, Animal Husbandry Department, Nepal House, Jharkhand, Doranda, Ranchi-834002 on or before 1700 hrs. of 16th July , 2012. Application received after last date will not be considered.
(xix) The Directorate of Animal Husbandry Ranchi shall not in any way be responsible for any delay in receipt of the applications. Applications received after the due date and time shall not be entertained
(xx) No travelling allowance etc. will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in interview.
(xxi) A waiting list for the candidature will be prepared, which will be valid for one year and vacancy will be filled from the waitlisted candidates in order of merit.
(xxii) The under singed has the right to cancel the above advertisement without assigning any reason.
