INSTRUCTIONS: Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)

1.Age Limit:. The crucial date for determining the age will be the last date for receipt of application i.e. 30 days from the date of publication.

18 Years to 27 Years. Relaxable for Ex-Servicemen service rendered in Army, Navy and Air Force plus 3 years in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Govt.

It is clarified that unreserved vacancies (UR) are open for all categories of persons including SC, ST and OBC. However, while making appointment to unreserved vacancy, no relaxation / concession is permissible for any category of candidates. Thus, SC/ST/OBC candidates who have availed relaxations/concessions would be deemed as unavailable for consideration against unreserved vacancies (Do P&T No. 43011/7/2015 - Estt (Res) dt 12 Oct 2015).

2.Educational Qualification:

a) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

b) Skill test (Typing) on computer. A typing speed of 35 wpm or 30 wpm in Hindi which correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depression for each word.

3.Candidate in Central/State Govt service will submit NOC from their present employer along with application.

4.No Travelling Allowance will be admissible for written test and skill test.

5.Photocopies of certificates/testimonials and two Passport size photos should be attached duly attested by self / Gazetted Officer along with the application.

6.A self addressed envelope (4”x10”) would be attached along with the application affixing Rs.10/- postal stamp.

7.The decision of Board of Officer of this office regarding selection will be final and no correspondence will be made on rejection of an application. Shortlisted candidates meeting the required qualification will be called for written test and skill test.

8.Last date for receipt of Application: Filled Application alongwith documents should reach NCC Directorate Kar & Goa, KSCMF Building, 4th floor, No.8, Cunningham Road, Bangalore – 560052 by Post / Courier. Incomplete application in any respect or received after closing date will not be entertained. No application will be received by hand.

After scrutinizing the applications eligible candidates will be called for a written test in similar lines of SSC LDC Exam i.e., Objective type test

The candidates who scored highest marks in the exam will be called by Board of Officers, for skill test.
