Adding a college to your applying list: Page 1

  1. Log In
  2. Click the Colleges tab
  3. Click Colleges I’m Applying To
  4. Click +Add to this listunder Common App match
  5. Click Lookupto search for each college
  6. Under Typeindicate what type of app it will be
  7. Click if you have submitted the app and if you are requesting transcripts now
  8. Complete this process for all colleges and click Add Colleges at the bottom of the page
  9. Those colleges will now appear in your list
  10. Edit from this list as you submit apps, change the type of app, and indicate if you were accepted or not
  11. ALWAYS go back to this list to mark when you have applied or change your app type

  1. Log In
  2. Click the Colleges tab
  3. Click Colleges I’m Applying To
  4. Click on Request Transcripts
  5. Select the transcripts you are requesting
  6. Unofficial ACT/SAT scores that are received by the school will be on your transcript automatically
  7. Select Midyear Transcript in addition to Initial Transcript if you are applying to a private Common App school
  8. Mrs. Conant will check the requests daily
  9. If you have a very close deadline, please email Mrs. Conant in addition to requesting on Naviance to ensure your materials will arrive on time
  10. Mrs. Conant will NOT know that you applied to a school unless you indicate it in Naviance

  1. Complete the Junior/Senior Brag Sheeton left under the About Me tab
  2. ASK your teacher in person
  3. Click on the Colleges tab
  4. Click College I’m Applying To
  5. Down near the bottom of the page, click Add/Cancel Requests
  6. Select the teacher who as agreed to write your letter
  7. Write a thank you message in the box provided – include the colleges you are applying to and the DEADLINESand if you are applying via the COMMON APP
  8. Click Update Requests
  9. Teachers will receive an email from Naviance with the request and be able to upload your letter and complete your Common App Teacher Evaluation

  1. Click the Colleges tab
  2. Click Colleges I’m Applying To
  3. In the blue/white box, type the email address you used to complete your Common App (do NOT use your school email!)
  4. Click Match(Mrs. Conant can NOT send transcripts until this is done)
  5. You MUST have completed the FERPA agreement on your Common App before you can match (steps 6-9 are completed on your Common App)
  6. You complete your FERPA agreement after you complete the Education section of the CA
  7. Select one college from your list on your CA and look on the menu on the left for FERPA
  8. Click this link and answer the questions regarding waiving your right to view information said about you...I recommend WAIVING your right – it shows confidence!
  9. Sign by typing your full name and submit
