Specialising in the provision of consulting services to the private and public sector, Cam manages all major advisory /consulting projects for Grant Thornton (WA). These projects have involved litigation support, budgeting /feasibility analysis, compliance reviews, major restructures, negotiations and mediations, recruitment and the development of effective information systems.

Over the past 17 years, Cam has been responsible for many organisational transformation projects including comprehensive reviews of client’s financial and operational systems, human resources and infrastructure. He has facilitated restructure and change management processes within these organisations and has supported the clients on issues of organisational structure, recruitment, redundancies, operating systems, reporting and communications.

Cam is recognised as one of Australia’s leading experts on the residential aged care industry. He is a commentator on Government policy and financial viability having reviewed the performance of all Australian aged care providers.

Cam has worked extensively to assist developing nations in the areas of trade, education, procurement and financial management. He has undertaken major projects in Australia and Asia for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and AusAID.

Cam manages major Aboriginal affairs projects commissioned by government agencies. He has extensive experience in the provision of assistance to Aboriginal organisations and funding bodies. Cam has co-ordinated major restructures, reviews of government policy, financial/compliance reviews, strategic/business plans, grant controllerships and administrations and mediations for the Department of Health & Aged Care, Health Department of Western Australia and ATSIC involving over 80 different indigenous organisations in Australia.
