The non-transferable quotation document can be obtained from office of Civil Engg Department up to 12-02-2016 at 11.00am without any cost. The quotation in prescribed format complete in all respect should reach the office of Registrar on or before 3.00 pm on dated 12-02-2016 and opened on the same date at 4.00 pm in the presence of the Quotationer or their representatives. Quotation document shall also be available at our company’s website It can be downloaded and used for submitting the offer.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason and reserve the right not to accept the lowest offer.

Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the experienced bonafied civil contractor for Provision of Fancy type cloth curtains at Shamirpet, Hyderabad. As per detail break-up of items enclosed. The quotation in prescribed format complete in all respect should reach the office of REGISTRAR on or before 3.00 pm on dated 12-02-2016 and opened on the same date at 4.00 pm in the presence of the Quotationer or their representatives.

:Provision of Fancy type cloth curtains at Shamirpet, Hyderabad as per detail break-up of items enclosed
:The work has to be completed within a period of 10DAYS from the date of issue of work order.
:The tender shall be valid for a period of three months (45 days) from the date of opening of the tender.
:The Shamirpet site is about 20 (Twenty) kilometers away from Hyderabad Town. All the construction materials are available in the Hyderabad market. The Quotationer are advised to visit the site to acquaint themselves with the working conditions to be handled etc. before submitting the tender document.
: 10% of total contract price is to be deducted fromevery progressive bill towards security deposit. The security deposit will be returned after completion of the job in all respect and successful handover of the said work.
: ½ (half) percent per week from the schedule date of completion

Completion period of the work gets extended beyond the stipulated period of the contract due to no fault of the contractor.
:In the event of failure to fulfill the contract terms and execution of work as per letter of contract/work order the Registrar NALSAR University of Law reserves the right to make the contractual obligation carried out by alternative arrangements and Registrar shall recover from the contractor any additional cost involve therein.
:All necessary insurance to be done by the contractor till job is handed over.
:No price escalation will be allowed by Registrar at any time for whatsoever the reason.
:The Quotationer shall quote his price which should include all Taxes, duties and all other levies applicable i.e. sales Tax, Income Tax, Custom duty, Contract Tax, Entry Tax, Service Tax etc. No extra cost will be entertained on account of any Taxes and duties.

Termination of Contract: Registrar NALSAR University of Law reserves the right to terminate the contract either in partor in full due to reasons for delay in completion, badworkmanship, or any other abnormalities noticed duringconstruction work. Registrar NALSAR University of Law shall in such event give seven days’ notice in writing to the contractor of his decision to do so.
Change of Quantity: Registrar NALSAR University of Law reserves the right to vary the quantity of item or group of itemsto be specified in the specification for which unit price will remainsUnchanged.
Payment conditions: 100% of contract value shall be paid after completion of job in all
respect. The bill will be verified by the Engineer-in-Charge throughthe quality and volume of the work executed and recorded in themeasurement book. Bill of the work executed shall be jointly signed bythe Engineer-in-Charge and the Contractor.

Other Terms & Conditions
(i)All the materials, labours, tools, & implements required for above said work should be supplied by contractor.
(ii)Income Tax and Sales Tax will be deducted as per Act.
(iii)All legal liabilities/statutory payment connected with the above work will be borne by Contractor.
(iv)All statutory requirements to be maintained by Contractor as applicable for the working in the mines.
(v)The contractor should execute the work strictly in accordance with the specification & work order.
(vi)In case the material or work is not up to the specification, the management reserves the right to terminate the contract or deduct the cost thereof.
(vii)The payment will be made after measurement of work on its completion by the Civil Engineering Department of the University & duly certified by the Registrar NALSAR University of Law.
(viii)The contractor should report to Assistant Engineer. of civil engineering department for execution of work as per specification of work given in tender document.
(ix)If any work either in temporary or permanent nature are necessary to complete the work in all respect, but not mentioned in the tender shall have to be done without extra cost.
(x)The contractor will comply the provisions with Mines Act 1952, MMR 1961, payment of Wages Act, and payment of Bonus Act and rules regulations, orders, & circulars made there under.
(xi)The contractor has to obtain license under the (Contract labour Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 and rules as may be required.
