Dear Parents,

We welcome the students of class in their new academic session 2018-19. Please note

the following :-

1)Please fill the first 2 pages of the school Almanac and send it by10thApril 2018.

2)Please paste 3 passport size photographs of your ward in the School Almanac.

3)Note Books to be made for different subjects are as follows :-

English (4 lines)( Green Colour)1 Class work notebook

EVS (Orange Colour ) -1 CW notebook

Maths ( Blue)-1 CW notebook

Hindi (Purple) - 1 CW notebook

Practice copy(Red) - 1(3 in 1) notebook

4)Pls. send 1 packet of Plastic crayons, pencil box and School Almanac daily.

5)Pls. send 1 cloth napkin everyday (compulsory for every child ) with the lunchbox.

DONOT send packets of chips, maggi or cold drinks to the school.

6)Kindly send one fruit daily for the fruit break.

7)Donot send fancy items of stationery or toys to the school.

Dear Parents :
Please send notebooks and textbooks as shown below to reduce the load of
the bag as heavy bags are known to have adverse effects on the health of the
children.
Few suggestions for the parents to reduce the weight of the bag :-
  • Kindly purchase lighter school backpacks with two taut stripes; Trolley
bags are also advised.
  • Supervise that your ward packs the bag according to the given time table.
Regular cleaning of the school bag should be done.
