BIDDER’S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The undersigned agrees to the following terms and conditions:

(1)All sales are final. Items are sold AS IS, where is.

(2)I acknowledge that Clark County Auto Auction (the Auction) is neither the seller nor buyer in any transaction and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Auction, its employees, officers, and agents from any claims of loss or liability which may arise from any purchases. I also acknowledge that all statements made regarding each vehicle are made solely by the seller and that it is my responsibility alone to verify the accuracy of such statements.

(3)If any check given in payment is not honored for any reason (including but not limited to N.S.F., stop payment order, or the like), I agree whether the check be signed by me as maker or endorser, that if each check is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees incurred, together with all cost of suit in event suit is instituted.

(4)I will pay my legal city or state sales or other taxes assessed by Indiana law. (Applies to Indiana residents only.)

(5)I agree to pay a 6% buyer premium ($360 minimum) to Clark County Auto Auction on any auction vehicle(s) purchased during the auction or within 90 days after the auction whether purchased at the auction site or away from the auction facility.

(6)I agree to pay for any vehicle(s) purchased in full within one hour after it crosses the auction block. I understand that auction law transfers ownership to the successful bidder upon the dropping of the auction hammer. I hereby acknowledge that I am legally responsible to complete all purchases on sale day and agree to pay all legal and collection costs incurred by the auction if I fail to do so.
