Airfreight Consignment:Inward or Outward Handling
From arrival airport Singapore to delivery to stand excluding removal and storage of empty cases:
1. Basic handling charge S$1.50/kg
2. Minimum charge S$450.00/consignment/exhibitor
3. Airport terminal fees S$0.18/kg
4. Minimum charge S$40.00/HAWB
5. Consignment service charge S$165.00/consignment/exhibitor
* Rate charge will be based on the actual or volumetric weight whichever is the greater. Cost levied by Air Consolidator and any third party charges, if any, shall be levied at cost
Administrative Fee for Importation of Films, Video Tapes or Disc:
Administrative fee S$40.00 per application
Films/video tapes and disc arriving via airfreight or seafreight will be charged based on the airfreight or seafreight tariff.
Please complete “Form C” and return to APT Showfreight (S) Pte Ltd for submission to the Media Development Authority for waiver of censorship.
Courier Consignment:
From arrival our premises to delivery exhibition stand excluding censorship fees:
1. Video tapes/films and disc S$40.00/piece
2. Minimum charge S$40.00/consignment/exhibitor
3. Exhibits, brochures and stand materialsS$95.00/cbm
4. Minimum charge S$280.00/consignment/exhibitor
A fax or e-mail pre-alert must be sent indicating the waybill number, Courier company and name of exhibition. Duties and taxes and Goods & Services Tax for all consignments must be paid by sender in country or origin.
* Publication materials are subject to censorship by the Media Development Authority.
Temporary Importation:
Exhibits imported into Singapore on a temporary import basis are subject to a Temporary Import Bond fee (non-refundable) based on the CIF value as ascertained by Customs.
1. Handling Fee for ATA Carnet S$110.00/consignment
2. Temporary Import Bond Fee 1.2% of CIF value
3. Minimum charge S$120.00/consignment/exhibitor
Shipments that are imported on a temporary basis and are sold or disposed of will be charged a Permit Conversion Fee of S$85.00 per shipment, in addition to GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 7% of declared value or as appraised by Customs.
For extension of the import, an extension fee of 0.30% of CIF value will be imposed.
Minimum charge S$120.00/application/exhibitor.
Goods that are imported into Singapore on a Permanent Importation are subject to a 7% Good & Services Tax (GST).
Heavy Lift Surcharge:
Individual exhibits in excess of 2,000 kg per package will be levied a heavy lift surcharge. For inward or outward movement:
1. Up to 4,000 kg S$25.00 per 1,000 kg
2. Up to 6,000 kg S$35.00 per 1,000 kg
3. Up to 8,000 kg S$50.00 per 1,000 kg
* Exhibits in excess of 8,000 kg is subject to individual quote upon receipt of dimensions and weight.
Crane for grounding or reloading containers:
1. Grounding or loading of loaded container S$400.00/20’ (per operation)
