Was appointed as General Manager of the company; a consulting firm affiliated owned by An-Najah University, the most important tasks and responsibilities included the formulation of the company's plans, pathways, trends and the future of work, in addition to the preparation of studies and project proposals, such as the development of some villages northwest of Nablus (Aryaf), project manager for Najah Land 1 (Land Development Project).
