Call to Order: At 9:32 a.m. Marty Eckerle, Presiding Partner called us to order. He welcomed Eric Jin.

Recording Partner’s Report: Marge posted the minutes on Bivio. Lois made a motion to accept the minutes as posted. The motion passed.

Financial Partner’s Report: Mike posted the report on Bivio. Mary made a motion to file the financial report for audit. The motion passed. This month we all pay dues for Better Investing to Mike. Dene has requested to withdraw $2,000. If any current or new members would like to buy some of her shares, they can do that next month.

Don requested that Mike look into whether we have capital gains or losses, that we can think about off-setting before the year end.

Old Business: Rose will attend the Officers Round Table representing our club.

Nominating Committee - Jim reported that Rose will run for Secretary and Jackie will run for Vice President (Education). Larry, Rose, and Jim will talk to remaining members to fill the remaining two slots

New Business: Marty reminded us the Dec meeting will be on the 12th of December, the second Saturday of December.

Education Segment: Don Bunnell presented a short review of Value Line.

Stock Study: Kugi Chauhan presented on Oil Services and Equipment. Noble and Atwood were selected. NE, ATW No energy stocks have railroad tracks on page 1 of SSG. These are cyclical. Atwood is small cap. He recommended 25 shares NE or 35 shares of ATW.

At this time we voted to accept Kugi into the club. It was unanimous of those present.

Craig suggested that UTX, DHR and LLL are all diversified mfg and we might want to compare and sell one holding. Since he was absent, we delayed it until next month as part of our portfolio review.
