Scale: 4, Point: 18 - 21, Salary: £18,870 – £20,541 plus £1,888 London Weighting 36 hours per week, 40 weeks per annum

We have a rewarding opportunity for an outstandingAdministrator to join our office team. You will be the first point of contact for parents, children and visitors to the school. The ability to multitask, prioritise, work as a team player and use initiative are essential qualities for this exciting, varied and busy role.

Successful candidates will:

  • Have experience of working in a school or 3 years practical experience of working in an office environment
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have smart, professional appearance
  • Ability to co-ordinate the production of marketing materials/manage registers
  • Have excellent typing speed, a minimum of 50 wpm, word-processing, administrative and organisational skills
  • Have experience of using SIMS or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to pupils, staff, parents and other stakeholders
  • Have the ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a good sense of humour
  • Enjoy the challenge of working as part of a team in a busy front office
