  2. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure entry of information; ResourceCenter staff enter information for providers without Internet access in the 7-county area. Additional providers can have access to add and update listings.

  1. Modify and implement the Software

  1. In consultation with ADRC and DAAS plan and implement minor Software modifications necessary for use in Mississippi.

  5. Begin using the Software to assess, refer, and enroll elderly clients in services.

  3. Launch the statewide campaign at least two weeks before official opening and continue components of the campaign for at least two months after the opening.
