GROUND RULES:
No tobacco or alcoholic beverages at our facility. Please put litter in its place. No personal grills allowed.
No softball on the soccer fields.
We prefer if you do not bring dogs, but if you do, they MUST be on a leash at all times.
No metal cleats are allowed.
Dugouts may be claimed on a first come, first serve basis.
Teams must warm-up on the grass. No infield warm-ups. Please be courteous & share the field.
Teams must play with the entire tournament with the same roster. No changes or additions are allowed after first Pool game begins.
Home team is determined by coin flip during pool play. On elimination day, best seed chooses.
Pool Play games only – Teams may choose to bat up to their entire roster following USA rules.
Pool play games may end in a tie.
All games, except championship have a 1:40 time limit (unless otherwise noted). No new inning may be started after 1:40. The umpire’s clock is official. The championship game has no time limit. Once an inning begins, it must be completed unless the home team is ahead and batting when time expires.
Seeding is based on 1.winning percentage, 2. wins, 3. average runs against, 4. average runs for, 5. a coin flip. Please see for details.
Timed Games - International Tiebreaker after 7 innings with time remaining only. Championship game- International Tiebreaker after 7 innings until a winner.
Courtesy runner allowed for pitchers and catchers only. USA rules apply.
Teams must be ready to play 15 minutes prior to game time.
All protests will be settled "on the spot" by the Umpire in Charge. The decision of the Umpire is FINAL. Protests must involve rule interpretation; judgmentcalls may not be protested.
The mercy rule WILL terminate all games: 15 RUNS AFTER 2½ OR 3, 12 RUNS AFTER 3½ OR 4 AND 8 RUNS AFTER 4½ OR 5. Be considerate & do not run up the score.
Any person ejected from a game is not allowed at the facility for the rest of the tournament.
Trophy ceremony immediately follows championship game.
Both teams MUST report your scores to the Concession after each game. The HOME team’s book will be considered the official book.
Forfeits recorded as 7-0 score.
Please inform the concession stand of any issues with the facilities.
Guaranteed 3 games minimum. If less than 3 games are played due to weather, a refund will be granted– amount tbd.

From the North or Southtake Northway (I-87) to Exit 12. Follow Rte. 67 east to the roundabout with Rte. 9. Go right at the roundabout and continue south on Rtes. 9 & 67. At the next roundabout go left onto Stone Break Road. Continue straight onto Stone Break Extension until you reach another roundabout. Go right onto Rocket Way. Luther Forest Athletic Fields are 1/4 mile ahead on the right.
