11. Beep Starter
Cost is $900. Cynthia wold like to see the beep starter that the swim club uses and the swim club has indicated that speed skating may use the starter at AWG if necessary.
Cynthia is aware of the beep starter that other speed skating clubs use. WRSSC will approach AWG Society to request funding for this item or apply to Yukon Lotteries or Community Development Fund.
12. Membership Pro Rate - Raseeda is joining WRSSC this month of Dec. It is $100 per month to belong to the club so cost to her will be $500. Laini will forward this information to Raseeda’s parents.

Laini, Cyd and Barry continue to attend meetings in preparation for AWG.
There is now a list available of interested volunteers for AWG.
Skin suits - all AWG participants will require new skin suits with new design. Club will confirm with treasurer monetary amount club will be able to contribute. Phil has been looking into suits and prices and will be asked to advise skaters. Coffee sales can be used towards suits - 60% of profit to skater and 40% to WRSSC.
AWG athletes can pick up raffle tickets for sale at Sport Yukon.
14. Clinics
After working as starter at Canadian Juniors, it was suggested that Cyd be promoted to Level 4 starter! One requirement is for Cyd to teach a Level 2 starters course. Cyd suggested that at the Jan. camp that a Level 1 Officials clinic and a Level 2 Starters clinic be offered to interested people from the Yukon as well as Alaska in preparation for AWG. Executive was enthusiastic.
