To decide on wet waste disposal
Garbage disposal problem was explained. PMC has given ultimatum to most of the societies to dispose their wet garbage on their own and will not pick-up the same. Hence, we have to manage ourselves. We manage to dispose the wet garbage for about a year but somehow the results were not up to the mark. Also, there is a major problem of not getting people to work for Vermiculture project. Therefore, it was decided to buy a compost machine which was discussed in the last AGM. Details of composting machine were mentioned. It was decided to collect
Rs. 3000/- per member by 31/12/2014.

To approve the budget for crack filling
Mr. Mangesh Joshi, Consultant, Project Management Consultancy, was invited to explain the gravity of leakage problem which is at the basement of the building. He also explained that the Leakages lead to excessive rusting of steel in columns & beams which reduces strength of the structure. Therefore, it was decided to go ahead for crack filling, expansion joint repair and fix the podium leakage issue. Society will contribute Rs. 10 lakhs while the remaining amount of
Rs. 14000/- per flat will be given by the members. To minimize the burden, it was decided that Rs. 7000/- should be paid by 15th January 2015 and 2nd installment of Rs. 7000/- should be paid by 15th February 2015. As the work needs to be completed before monsoon, these dates of payment were confirmed. Failing to match the due dates mentioned, a fine of Rs. 1000/- per month will be charged. Kindly co-operate.
