Opening Remarks
The Chairman ofthe Central and Western District Council (C&WDC) welcomed allto the 1st special meeting of the 2014-15Traffic and Transport Committee (TTC).
Item 1:Adoption of the agenda

2.The Committee adopted the agenda.
Item 2:Election of the 2014-15 Committee Chairman and Vice-chairman(new term)

3.The Chairmanannounced that anomination form for the office of the Chairman of theTTC was received. Ms CHENG Lai-kingwas nominated by Mr WONG Kin-shingwithMr KAM Nai-wai and Mr HUI Chi-fung as the seconders. Hecalled forfurther nominations from Members. As there wereno other candidatesnominated at the meeting, the Chairmanended the nomination process and declared that Ms CHENG Lai-king, being the sole candidate,was elected as the Chairman of the 2014-15 TTC.
4.The Chairmanannounced thata nomination form for the office ofthe Vice-chairman of the TTC was received. Mr HUI Chi-fungwas nominated by Mr WONG Kin-shingwithMr KAM Nai-wai and Ms CHENG Lai-kingas the seconders. Hecalled for further nominations from Members. As there were no other candidates nominated at the meeting, the Chairman ended the nomination process and declared that Mr HUI Chi-fung, being the sole candidate, was elected as the Vice-chairman of the 2014-15 TTC.
