REQUIREMENTS TO ABSTRACTS
1. Abstracts should exceed 4-5 pages of printed text (article - no more than 12 pages) on the sheets of A4, typed in MS Word.
2. Margins: left - 2.0 cm; right - 2.0 cm; top - 2.5; bottom - 2.5 cm.
3. Type family: Times New Roman, body size 14. The interval between the lines - "1.0".
4. The manuscript begins with UDC in the upper left corner of the sheet (Times New Roman, body size 12). Initials and surnames – upper case (capital letters) at the top right corner of the sheet (Times New Roman, body size 12). Full name of the organization where the author works - body size 8. Abstract heading - upper case (capital letters) (Times New Roman, body size 12, bold).
5. The heading of tables lettering - body size 10, bold. Headings of the figures - body size 8, bold. Formulas are placed in the center, numbering of formulas - in the right. Equations should be typed in Microsoft Equation 3.0.
6. Cited literature references should be numbered according to the order of reference to them in the text. Link to the source and page should be in square brackets. References are given at the end of the abstract according to bibliography sources in the original language according to requirements of State Attestation Commission of Ukraine.
REQUIREMENTS TO ARTICLES
The articles written in Ukrainian, Russian or English, previously unpublished and not submitted for publication in other publications (including electronic).

IT IS NECESSARY FOR ATTENDEES
To pay the registration fee by March 25, 2016, which is 250 UAH for participants, in absentia - 200 UAH and to send: an application form, abstracts, articles (application requirements, abstracts and articles requirements are attached) and a copy of the payment receipt (the participants of the Conference get a certificate of participation and if necessary a certificate of research implementation). Headings of submitted files should include the author’s name (e.g. Fesenko_tezy.docx).
The registration fee includes the cost of abstracts publication, reports and organizational costs of the conference. 1 book of abstracts will be sent to the specified address of a participant (for each additional copy it is necessary to pay 70 UAH).
Travel, accommodation and meals are paid by the participants themselves. Upon request, accommodation can be booked at tour-health complex "Bogolvar" (accommodation for participants is 230 UAH in a standard double room for a person).
Participants can submit a scientific article for publication in the professional scientific journal. The cost of publishing articles is 40 UAH for 1 page of the author's text and 30 UAH for mailing of 1 copy of the journal (for an additional copy it is necessary to pay 80 UAH).

Bank details for payment of the registration fee and funds for the publication of articles in specialized journal must be sent after the submission of application and materials.
