I enclose a deposit of 25% of the hiring charges currently in force at the date hereof as listed overleaf and I personally UNDERTAKE to pay the balance of the charges in force at the date of the function for which the facilities are hired NOT LATER than fourteen days BEFORE the date of that function AND I ACKNOWLEDGE that failure to comply with this condition may result in the immediate cancellation of the booking by the Parish Council who in the event of cancellation for this reason shall be at liberty to forfeit the deposit.
