For example, the notification "skype-mrx:// Invalid value for registry" may display when the SRS v2 application attempts to launch or the on-screen soft keyboard may act unpredictably. SRS v2 devices based on SP4 can be recovered from these types of issues by following these instructions.

Synchronizing taxonomies between on-premise SharePoint and SharePoint Online has been a challenge for hybrid SharePoint users. The inability to seamlessly move taxonomies from the SharePoint Online term store to the SharePoint on-premises term store, and vice-versa, has made it hard to enforce tagging with consistent term sets. Wi-Fi vulnerability puts “all modern protected Wi-Fi networks” at risk

You may have seen the news about the “serious weaknesses” in Wi-Fi security protocol WPA2. The exploit, first reported byArs Technica, made headlines fromTech Crunch,The VergeandZDNettoTimeandWired. Security researcher Mathy Vanhoef of KU Leuven discoveredthe vulnerabilityaffecting “all modern protected Wi-Fi networks.”Key Reinstallation Attacks (KRACKs) disrupt the 4-way handshake to circumvent existing Wi-Fi security protection. Attackers can steal passwords and other private data, as well as inject ransomware into websites.

PSTN calling for UK

A contributor was having difficulty locating the official UK plans for Skype for Business PSTN calling. Several folks were able to offer links and further clarification.

Single vs multiple instances of Log Analytics

It was asked what the pros and cons were to use a single instance versus multiple instances of Azure Log Analytics. Microsoft employee Stanislav Zhelyazkov indicated that with a single instance you will have to manage RBAC only on that instance, and with multiple you will have the burden to manage it on all of them.
