Steps / Toolbar Tab and commands / Additional info
1)Customize tags with photos / Insert > Picture > [choose your pic] / On desired tag, delete the template photo. Insert a new photo.
  1. Photo positioning and sizing
/ Format > Text Wrap > In Front of Text / Next, resize it to the approx. size you will be using. The “In Front of Text” command allows you to manipulate the exact location of your photo. Move it to where you want it within the specific tag you are editing.
  1. Photo Effects
/ Format > Picture Styles / Select the style to match the template, or one of your choosing.
2)Customize tags with text / Home tab / Click the text box, insert appropriate names after “To:” and “From:” Or, simply print and hand write.
3)Duplicating your tag / Home tab / If you desire only one kind of tag, you can delete all the others and copy > paste the tag of choosing into each cell. This is not complicated, but it does require a few additional steps outlined below.
  1. Copy the desired tag
/ Home tab / Once you’ve customized your specific tag, copy the desired tag by highlighting the entire cell in which the tag resides (only highlight the contents of the single tag you wish to duplicate).

Hit Ctrl+c on your keyboard to copy the tag
4)Delete the other tags / Home tab / At the top left corner of the grid of tags you will see a small blue box with a 4 pt directional arrow in it. Click this to highlight the entire grid. Next, hit Delete on your keyboard.
5)Copy the desired tag into each grid cell / Home tab / Once again, click the blue box described above to highlight the entire grid. Right click and hit Paste, or hit Ctrl+v on your keyboard. The tags should instantly appear, aligned to the grid.
6)Print and cut / File > Print
