SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR 2014
Subscriptions are fixed by Headquarters and for 2014 £61 for each member, £61 for the second member. For three or more members in the same family the subscription will be £153 for the whole family. Your subscription includes third party insurance. GIFT AID add £14.10 per member, a proportion of which goes to the Branch, which we can deduct before payment the Capitation to Headquarters (as no cost to you) - which as you can see, adds considerably to the Branch’s finances if everyone who pays tax fills in this bit of the form. When you have paid your subscription you will be sent your membership card. Please send your subscriptions to Rosie Walker at the address above (Cheques payable to Meynell Hunt Branch of the Pony Club please). There will be no reminders sent out this year. Please note that your insurance with the Pony Club and eligibility for teams ends on the 31st January 2014 if you do not rejoin.
May we remind members that circulars are available by e-mail, which does considerable save branch funds. Those taking advantage of this method of communication will also receive any interim updates and any other schedules which arrive, please let us know your email address (or any changes) on the membership renewal.

The Presentation evening will take place at the Ostrich from 7 pm.
E tickets are available from Suzanne Turner . Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Tickets are free to pony club members, £5.00 to friends and family.
There will be a disco and refreshments are available.
The evening was a great success last year with a very warm, welcoming venue and the children enjoyed the opportunity to meet socially with the friends they have made at the rallies and camps

Arena Eventing Rally at Eland Lodge

This rally will use the Eland Lodge Arena Eventing course, which is based in and around their outdoor all weather arena. This includes show jumps and portable xc fences including water/ditch/steps. The day will start at 9am for 90cm and through the day the course will be adjusted to 80cm and 70cm. PLEASE STATE THE HEIGHT you require on the rally return slip.

Mounted Games Rallies

£6 per session
These rallies are for anyone up to the age of 14. We would especially like to see anyone who is interested in joining either the junior (10 and under) or senior (14 and under) games teams next year, but anyone who just wants to come to a rally and not compete is also welcome. You do not need to have any games experience or a fast pony – any pony can take part in mounted games. Games sessions are great for improving balance, control and teamwork and strengthening the trust between pony and rider. Taking part in mounted games is also a lot of fun!
