To have positive mental and emotional health it is important to have a positive attitude in all areas of your life, accept your limitations, have realistic goals, a positive view of yourself, know your feelings, accept responsibility for your actions, and also accept constructive feedback. Now, imagine you were told to spray your bedroom walls with quotations, sayings, and other items that reveal your personality traits. Unfortunately, you will not be given a can of spray paint; however, you are being given a blank piece of paper to treat like your bedroom wall where you can write quotations, sayings, slogans and so on that describe and reveal your likes, passions, and personality. Below is a list of required items.
You must graffiti
- At least five adjectives describing your personality.
- At least three of your strengths and three of your weaknesses (Having a realistic and positive self-concept requires you to have an accurate awareness of your strengths and weaknesses).
- At least one quote that helps promotes good mental/emotional health, positive self-esteem and a positive self-concept.
- At least three of your interests.
- A goal you have for the school year.
- A goal you have for the future.
