SPRING 2017

Eligibility
  • Candidate must be nominated by a dues paying member of the Midwest Chapter of PASBO.
  • Candidate must be a senior in a dues paying Midwest PASBO School District, Career & Technology Center or Intermediate Unit.
  • Candidate must be recommended (by letter) by a professional staff member from his/her high school.
  • Candidates will be selected on merit with consideration given on his/her extracurricular activities and leadership qualities. The awarding of all scholarships will be made based upon the above. Financial need will not be a factor in the selection of the awardee(s).
  • The scholarship consists of a one-time payment of $750.

Student Guidelines

  • Complete all of the forms in the application packet.
  • Please be sure to have both applicant appraisal forms completed by teachers, clergy, counselors, etc.
  • Please respond to the question. “How are Pennsylvania Public Schools Funded?” in typewritten form.
