PRESENT AT SITE:

General Contractors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical,masonry

OBSERVATION:

1)The Contractor (Electrical) continues rough-in is approximately 100 % percent first floor. As second floor rough in and is consistent with contracted scope of work.

2)The Contractor (Masonry) maintains approximately (85%) with brick veneer.

3)Contractor is rubbing and pointing up second floor CMU interior walls thru corridors.

4)Contractor installingroof joists on second floor level as ongoing weld continues. CSRA is providing consistent inspections for this work. Inspection documentation is current.

5) First floor steel deck preparing for roof installation second week in August is on schedule.

6)Mechanical HVAC duct install is progressing. Prime seal mastic application as specified by CCI inspection are being coordinated with WCI Group and consistent with documentations and sequences.

7)Mechanical CMU chase walls are constructed and consistent with locations and specifications scheduled to complete next.As AHU’s installations is consistent with specifications.

8)Plumbing Mechanical in areas A, B and C are approximately now (100%) complete with required rough in. Inspections are scheduling.

9)The Electrical contractor continues rough-in nearing(100%) percent first floor. Second floor rough in has begun.

10)Electrical status is critical on second floor as conduit install is ongoing.

11)Framing contractor onsite as administration area framing is aggressive as plumbing roughing work is current.

12)Contractor site maintenance and cleanup is continuous,with current CMU debris is continuous. Erosion control efforts is ongoing, inspected and documented by WCI Group.

SUBMITTALS:

1)Submission is in progress.

COORDINATION:

1)Bi-weekly meeting Tuesday 10:00 am, July 26,2016.

View @ Cafeteria where soffits and bulk heads framing are in construction.

Administration Framing is consistent with specification and requirements as both HVAC duct work above and plumbing in wall rough ins are consistent.

Plumbing rough in work is consistent with specification requirements

Observe fire sprinkler system water line wall penetrations. As well as Alarm systems conduit installation is current and consistent on First Floor.

Masonry Veneer has progress as per plans and specification approximately75% of building
