Role:Developer

Description:

The main objective of this project is replicating the functionalities and GUI of the existing desktop application in File Maker 7.0 to Web based application. This system is used to enter the loads details by the Allen Lund employees at different locations, on getting calls from Shippersthrough White board. Based on the requirements of the shipments the employees contact the Carriers and assign to pickup the loads.

This application will display the currents weeks Monday to Friday, Weekend and Next week load details. And also they can generate the reports in PDF and XLS formats.

This application had two different users. One is Administrator, who can create and update users, offices.

The other user is RegularUser, who can enter the loads and assign proper carrier to the loads.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in designing of the GUI.
  • Developed the scripts for various features.
  • Written a PLSQL procedure for generating required dates.

Description:

The main objective of this project is to migration of the modules developed in PLSQL and ASP into Java/JSP using Oracle9i database and Oracle9iAS.The project contains two modules Shippers and Carriers.Shippers are the one who ships their goods to different locations.Carriers are the one who transports the goods from one place to another.

Based on user role, user can be able to login either as a shipper or carrier.Carriers can be able to view more information than shippers and can be able to edit the data. Shipper’s module gives information related to the loads can be able to create quotes and view quotes information. Carrier’s module provides information regarding carriers, like posting a truck, updating and deleting.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in both shipper’s and carriers’ modules.
  • Developed the Java/JSP pages from PLSQL and ASP.
  • Developed the PLSQL Procedures, for implementing business logic.

This project is developed to maintain the client projects status up to date. The status is represented in Graphical format (Bar Charts). The clients can also view the documentation and bugs of the projects. Clients can also report the bugs. This project maintains information of the employees who involved in the development of clients project and who are maintaining the status project up to date. The project consists of Administration, project status, documentation, bug tracking modules.

To make the project best, the communication among project managers, developers and clients are very important, for this purpose email is used which is developed using Java Mail API.

Description :

BR Techno solutions deal with the different organizations employee payment. This is one of a series of accounting transactions dealing with the process of paying employees for services rendered. This is used to aid in automating and providing timely and accurate payroll processing for all types of employees such as salaried employees, commissioned, employees and hourly employees. The payslips are generated in the MS-Excel.

The application is accessed only by the authorized users of BR Techno Solutions. They can add and update new organizations, employees and department's information.

Responsibilities:

  • Developed Employee module, which involves entering of new employee information and updating of employee data.
  • Developed the Salaries module, which involves the different calculations for employee salary, for different types of employees.
  • Generation of different reports based on employee's salaries.
