McLennan County Aggie Mom’s Club Criteria for 2017 Scholarship

The following are recommendations and comments from the Scholarship Committee for scholarships to be awarded for the Fall 2017 semester only:

1.  Scholarships are available to McLennan County students planning to attend Texas A&M University,

College Station in the Fall of 2017.

2. Applicants must be enrolled in undergraduate or graduate school.

3. The Scholarship Chairman will not judge the applications, but will serve as an Administrator only.

4. Applications will be judged by three independent judges not affiliated with the Aggie Moms’ Club,

and not from the McLennan County area.

5. The independent judges will know the applicants ONLY by number.

6. The completed application should be sent to Scholarship Chair Linda Hill. Mrs. Hill will forward

the numbered applications to the judges.

7. The application must be postmarked no later THAN APRIL 1, 2017. APPLICATIONS

POSTMARKED OR EMAILED AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

8. Winners will be notified by May 1, 2017.Scholarship funds will be transferred to Texas A&M

University for the students’ accounts. Please look for a $500 credit on the Fall tuition/fee bill.
