N.B.:

(i)#The delivery locations in the LantauIsland, including closed/restricted areas, shall be accessible by road. The Contractor is responsible to obtain, at its own cost, all necessary licence and permits for execution of the contractual obligations in relation to the delivery of the Goods and the collection of the empty cylinders for those area.

(ii)For items 6(ii) & 9(ii), the gas is to be supplied in Government owned cylinders, for all other items, the gas is to be supplied in Contractor owned cylinders. Rental charges are not applicable to the items using Government owned cylinder.

(iii)The Contractor will provide at its own cost and expense necessary equipment or spare cylinders for refilling the liquid nitrogen (Item 9(ii)) at site.

(iv)The prices quoted above are for collecting information only and should not be construed as the Government’s commitment to order.
