RSVP EMAILS:
You should have received an email from your colour group coordinator. The importance of this is to enable good rally planning, and so we don’t have our (mostly volunteer) instructors attending PC without being needed. You just have to hit ‘reply’ to the email you will receive to say whether you will be there or not.

NEWS FROM THE ZONE:
* Planning for the PCA Nationals in Sept 2011 is underway. Our zone was congratulated for sponsoring the event through the collection of a $1 competition levy. (Please remember to send a cheque to our Zone Treasurer, Lisa McMaster, 123 McKenzie’s Rd, Locksley, 3665 after your event.)
* The Annual Conference and PCAV AGM will be held on 22nd August at the Ballcourt Hotel, 60 Macedon St, Sunbury. Lunch and afternoon tea is available at a cost of $20.

As of July 1st 2010, all people who require a Working With Children’s Check MUST have one. Clubs must ask to see WWCC cards for non-exempt persons who work with children. If they are not exempt and don’t have a card, they cannot participate at Pony Club.
As of 1st July 2010, all properties with horses have to be registered with the Department of Primary Industries. To apply for a Property Identification Code number go to the DPI website –
Queries and Clarification:
Please Note: DC’s signatures are NOT required on entries for club competitions. It is often quite difficult to catch up with the DC, so easier if it’s left off entry forms.
The rules state that 'Downgrading of combinations is allowed in special cases, at the discretion of the DC, after which the zone representative must be advised'. Remember there is always the option of competing in Open Sections or HC if riders wish to compete below their grade.
